Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a request, or entering into a service agreement with Minnabot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site and our services.
What Minnabot provides
Minnabot provides consulting, design, implementation, and handover of custom software, bots, tools, and integrations. Specific engagements are also governed by written quotes, proposals, or contracts. If those documents expressly conflict with these Terms, the written agreement for that project prevails.
Information on this website
Content on this site is for general information. We may change descriptions, examples, or availability without notice. Marketing or educational material does not guarantee a particular technical or business outcome for your project until agreed in writing.
Eligibility and authority
You represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to attack or overload systems, or to misrepresent your identity. You must not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site beyond ordinary browsing, except where permitted by law or with our written consent.
Requests, files, and materials you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms or messages. You confirm you have the rights to share any files, credentials, or specifications you provide. You grant Minnabot a non-exclusive licence to use those materials to respond, quote, deliver, and support the agreed work.
Intellectual property
The Minnabot name, branding, site design, documentation templates, and our pre-existing code libraries remain our property unless a written contract states otherwise. Ownership and licence terms for custom deliverables follow the applicable project agreement.
Third-party platforms and dependencies
Deliverables may rely on third-party APIs, messaging platforms (such as Telegram or Discord), hosting, analytics, or AI providers. Your use must comply with those third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or enforcement actions by third parties.
Trading, finance, and professional advice
Nothing on this website or in informal discussions constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Automation related to trading, markets, or payments involves risk. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, exchange or broker rules, and any licensing or registration requirements.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, services and software are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minnabot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or a specific project in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid Minnabot for that project in that period, unless a signed contract sets a different cap.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction.
Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Contact page on this website.
